Job Title: Rock Truck Driver
We are seeking a skilled Rock Truck Driver to join our team at The H&K Group.
The successful candidate will operate a straight or articulated rubber-tired rock truck equipped with a hydraulically powered bed to transport and dump material.

Responsibilities
- Operate a rock truck to transport and dump material safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections on equipment.
- Lubricate and clean the rock truck as needed.
- Assist with maintenance tasks as required.
- Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED).
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to fit test and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 months related experience.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Experience working in a quarry, heavy civil construction, or other outdoor industrial setting.
- MSHA or other relevant safety certification.
Work Environment
This role requires regular exposure to outside weather conditions, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles.
Occasional exposure to moving parts and noise levels may be loud.
