Job Description
As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of plant equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies. You will perform daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens, keep walkways clear of debris, and report any maintenance issues to the superintendent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, one month of related experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You should also have problem-solving abilities and be able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
