The H&K Group's Birdsboro Quarry is looking for a dedicated Groundperson to support production and maintenance during the second shift. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all work in accordance with MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Participate in cross-training to learn all jobs within the plant
- Collaborate with other site personnel to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or related experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
