To be successful in this role, you must have one year of relevant heavy highway construction experience. You should be familiar with underground utilities such as storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina are essential. OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
