Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, scheduling materials, equipment, and personnel
- Develop and implement Site Implementation Plans (SIPs)
- Conduct daily huddles to set production goals and ensure crew understanding
- Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, and team members
- Proactively train and mentor crew members
- Maintain a safe working environment adhering to OSHA policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents
- Basic computer skills, including digital documentation
