The H.T. Hackney Co. is a privately owned, wholesale grocery distributor that has served customers in our local area for over 130 years. We are looking for energetic, dedicated, and self-driven individuals to join our team in the Warehouse with many opportunities for growth and advancement.
We are now accepting applications at our Johnson City location conveniently located off I-26 Elizabethton exit 24 at 408 Lafe Cox Dr. Feel free to stop in anytime to pick up a paper application at our front Office.
Job Duties
- An Order Selector is an entry-level position that picks customers' orders from an assigned section of the warehouse. You may be assigned to pick orders using an RF Scanner from candy, paper goods, tobacco products, grocery, coolers, freezer or even loading trucks. We have many departments and have a passion for cross-training to prepare employees to learn and expand your knowledge of our warehouse and our everyday operational business.
Work Schedule
Sunday - Thursday; 3:30 pm start time until all trucks are loaded and ready for next day deliveries.
Shift length depends on sales/order volume.
