Habegger is currently seeking a Store Manager. This position will supervise the general operations of the location’s sales office /warehouse to assure that all routine business functions are performed accurately, efficiently, and on a timely basis.
Duties will include:
- Managing daily operations at a Branch Location including customer service, counter sales, and personnel management
- Developing employees in a dynamic work environment within an excellent organization
- Ensure excellent customer service through relationship building, training, follow through, and maintaining high standards for all.
- Managing equipment and parts inventories through inventory integrity and effective receiving, staging, and handling practices.
- Managing timely and efficient customer deliveries.
- Overseeing the warehouse operation including supervising direct reports.
Key requirements for this opportunity include:
- Five years management experience, preferably managing managers
- Customer-centric focus
- Wholesale Distribution experience, preferably in HVAC
- Demonstrated experience developing subordinates
- WMS knowledge/experience
