If all of these sounds like an amazing opportunity for you, here is what you need to have to be considered for this position: You need to be a seasoned Director in a memory care or assisted living community or a skilled nursing home administrator looking for upward mobility and career growth. The ideal candidate will need to be passionate about driving sales and occupancy. You will need to be proficient in financial management and creating and maintaining an annual budget and meeting and exceeding NOI. You should have a clear vision for the community which will include but not be limited to dining, sales, healthcare and culture. Sounds like a tall order but this is a great opportunity for the candidate that possesses these qualifications.
Job Requirements
- 2 plus years’ experience in AL, Memory Care or a skilled care setting a plus
- Current Assisted Living License
- Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field a plus
- Visionary
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to drive culture
