JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LPN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Supervisory experience within the senior housing industry services for the aging and/or dementia residents preferred
- Healthcare management experience preferred
- Accountable for overall community compliance and adherence with local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to senior-living communities
- Review and ensure proper resident charting and procedure documentation
- Participate in development of any plans of corrections and assure on-going compliance
- Oversee resident care plans in coordination with participating medical personnel and ensure they are compliant with state regulations
- Participate in the preadmission screening process of potential residents
