What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2nd Shift position at The Hacienda at Georgetown?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! This position requires a Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to members and their families.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- overseeing and managing the nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality services and address resident needs
- monitor compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
- assist with training and onboarding care staff as needed

What you will need to qualify for this position:
- Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
