Job Requirements:

• LPN or RN License 

• 2-4 years’ experience in Assisted Living

• Proven survey history

• Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations

• Proven Leader

• Team Builder

• Experienced Educator

• Great computer skills

• Great communication skills
