Job Requirements

2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment

Able to work weekends and holidays
-
Able to work in a fast paced environment
-
Excellent work ethic
-
Able to complete work orders
- Able to and comfortable using a computerized Work Order system
- Attention to the finer points of each job

Excellent communication skills
-
Highly organized
-
Interested in learning and growing your skill set
-
Must have reliable transportation.

Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
