We are seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to lead and oversee three critical domains within our organization: AI initiatives, Software Development, and Data & Cloud solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align technology capabilities with business objectives, provide technical leadership across teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, innovative, and future-proof solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Team and Activities- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Provide technical oversight for AI model development, deployment pipelines, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on AI trends and guide the team in adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of robust, high-quality, and scalable applications.
- Define and enforce software architecture standards, development methodologies, and coding best practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-based data platforms to support analytics, AI, and business applications.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of data storage, processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide guidance on adopting modern cloud technologies, including serverless computing, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive data governance practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7 years) in solution architecture with a focus on AI, software development, and data/cloud domains.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) and software development languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Vault) and tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and data engineering.
