About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and driven Regional Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of the customer success-centered organization, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they get the most out of our services.
What You'll Do:
· Build strong relationships: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, their needs, and their goals. Become a trusted advisor who provides ongoing support and guidance.
· Drive adoption and engagement: Learn all aspects of our services and help clients understand the potential for features and functionalities, ensuring they comprehend full value.
· Identify growth opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to expand your sales within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
· Collaborate internally: Work closely with our sales team and engineering teams to fully understand our products and ensure clients’ success and satisfaction.
· Become a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of all Hagadone Technologoies' products and stay up to date on new features and releases.
· Analyze and optimize: Track key metrics, analyze account performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in account management (or related field)
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong relationship-building and client management skills
· Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies is a plus
· Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
· Passion for technology and a desire to learn
Other Requirements:
1. Remote work must check in daily
2. In office attendance required if local to our main or regional office
3. Must be willing and able to travel regularly
4. Must speak English fluently
5. Must be able to perform light physical activity
6. Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive for sales opportunity
7. Ability to pass a background check
8. Must be willing to participate in ongoing professional development, and sales/marketing training
