What we're looking for: We are looking for an experienced Masonry Field superintendent to join our Masonry Division.
Ideal Candidate: Assess project personnel skills and assign roles accordingly; regularly review performance for developmental opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent work output that meets deadlines and budgetary constraints. Display urgency and adaptability to changing priorities. - Analyze contract documents for timely procurement of materials, labor, and subcontractors while aligning with project cycles and expectations. - Work with Project Management to develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring clear communication across the team. - Enforce subcontractors’ scopes of work and conduct regular progress meetings outlining milestones, coordination, and safety issues. - Ensure project quality aligns with specifications and QA/QC policies; review reports to maintain accurate documentation. - Conduct site and equipment inspections in line with safety policies and foster positive relationships with Architects, Owners, and subcontractors. - Perform additional project management tasks as needed.
