As a Senior Marketing Strategist , you'll oversee the development, implementation, and reporting of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue and create awareness of the company's insurance and membership products. You'll bring to bear your marketing experience and expertise, to maintain and enhance marketing assets for the agent / broker ecosystem, grow targeted customer segments, and provide essential marketing leadership to our Private Client and Brokered Products business units.

What you'll do
- Maintain and improve existing marketing assets within the agent / broker, Private Client, and Brokered Products ecosystems.
- Act as the primary marketing point-of-contact for the field sales organization, helping to ensure cohesive and efficient marketing efforts across all channels.
- Provide incremental marketing capabilities for Brokered Products and Private Client businesses.
- Assist with developing and maintaining segmented marketing campaigns and insurance partner programs.
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies to create awareness and drive revenue through Hagerty insurance business units.
- Ideate, implement, refine, and report on product campaigns to increase performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
- Coordinate the production of creative communications for the company's online, digital, and physical presence, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to marketing and insurance leadership, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on achieving business objectives.
- Align marketing projects and messaging with other business channels to accelerate growth and maintain consistency across audiences.
- Serve as the marketing authority for Hagerty insurance teams, providing marketing insights, contributing to strategic decision-making, and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Apply analytical and innovative thinking to identify areas of growth, implement effective marketing programs nad continuously refine campaigns for maximum performance
- Plan and build marketing communications and content to support Hagerty insurance growth objectives.
- Apply market insights and internal data to drive ongoing improvements, while championing an experiment-focused culture.
- Partner with insurance product, sales, and distribution leadership to identify new and novel marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with insights and data analytics teams to develop ways to measure and optimize marketing performance and opportunities.
