As a Media & Video Sales Coordinator , you'll support our digital sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple platforms, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

What you'll do
- Client Engagement : Directly engage with external clients to address : manage I / O's, sales marketing material, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Digital Sales Support : Reporting the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development & Director of Advertising Sales, execute video sales strategies and managing campaigns across all platforms. This includes deck building and FAST Scheduling.
- Campaign Management : Provide clients with timely updates on ongoing video series campaigns, ensuring they are informed of progress and results.
- Product Coordination : Support the production, scheduling, and delivery of FAST Channels and Programmatic products.
- Project Management : Assist in scheduling and overseeing the deliverables for multiple digital services, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Team Collaboration : Generate and deliver client reports, create production orders, prepare I / O documents, and execute projects as assigned by management.
- Technical Proficiency : Utilize multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties effectively and understand digital reporting and analytics metrics.
