Qualifications
- Cosmetology and Hair Care skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Hiring and Staff Management
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in salon management is a plus
- Knowledge of beauty trends and products
- Certification or License in Cosmetology or related field
