Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Prepare food for service (cleaning, chopping, etc.)
• Take food orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Manage all delivery platform orders that are requested from the Cart.
• Manage cash transactions and additional cashier obligations.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Proper packing of guests’ orders & ensures that all supplies are included in the final packing.
• Knowledgeable of all menu and product information.
• Manage cart cleanliness, keeping workstation professional, clean, and neat.
• Fast-paced work and thrive in a teamwork environment.
• Ability to follow directions.
Professionalism and Expectations:
- Serves perfect food with excellent service and genuine hospitality.
- Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
- Able to learn and work all stations.
- ABLE TO WORK AT FOOD CART!!
- Strong leader but always a team player.
- Must have an active NYC Mobile Food Vendor License (Preferred).
- Must have a Food Handler’s License (Preferred)
