What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at The Halal Guys?
We are looking for happy, friendly, responsible, highly positive and energetic individuals that have a passion for hospitality and great service. You will be greeting customers courteously, explaining our menu and anticipating guests needs. Portioning, plating and saucing orders to store standards. Assisting all team members with various daily duties and prep work. Ringing up orders, checking and expediting orders, and maintaining cleanliness of own station and certain areas of the restaurant. Maintaining guest relations in the dining room and promoting the brand at catering and special events. Be responsible and helpful at all times. Working knowledge of POS system is a plus.
All staff must have reliable transportation to and from work, have the ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift. Having a Food Handlers Card is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.75 - $15.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
