Position Purpose
Responsible for providing clear direction and leadership to the general manager and restaurant teams in alignment with THG values, helping the brand to thrive, and growing restaurant sales and profits. Focused on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and mouthwatering food while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
People
- Partners with the general manager to ensure the development and retention of qualified, talented management teams who deliver on THG brand vision and mission, fostering an environment of respect and trust.
- Builds and engages general manager and restaurant teams through effective leadership, mentoring, and coaching. Motivates and inspires teams to achieve high performance by being a role model and providing regular performance assessment and feedback.
- Ensures effective training and development of management and employees, consults with general managers on training needs, partners with management to identify development needs, and implements development plans.
- Role models and embraces the utilization of THG systems, processes, and tools; ensures operations are in compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations. Actively listens to feedback from the field and their team; leads problem resolution.
Guest Service
- Creates and reinforces a guest-centric culture, holding area leadership and restaurant teams accountable for continuously delivering on and improving the guest experience by monitoring guest experience reports and consulting with general managers for targeted action plans.
- Empowers management to lead their teams in delivering on all aspects of the guest experience, including food quality and safety, employee friendliness, problem resolution, cleanliness, and order accuracy. Travels regularly in the region to observe restaurant operations and the guest experience, recognizes strong performance, and provides actionable feedback on areas needing improvement.
- Partners with marketing on special promotions or programs to promote the THG brand within the region. Networks with community leaders to establish relationships, coordinates company representation in community events, and stays informed of local competitor activities.
Business Results
- Oversees execution and ensure adherence to all company and restaurant systems, procedures, and food safety requirements. Conducts restaurant audits and regularly monitors performance. Educates and consults with managers to ensure their understanding of restaurant operational and financial performance, including knowledge of profit and loss statements, ensuring reports are reviewed each period.
- Establishes and communicates expectations for financial performance and operational execution, ensuring adherence to all company and restaurant systems and procedures. Develops targeted tactics for performance and motivates and inspires teams to achieve desired results.
- Thinks strategically and helps managers identify trends and implement action plans to improve restaurant sales and profit. Ensures operational and financial excellence by reviewing business reviews performed by regional leadership.

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
