The Hampton Inn Norfolk/Chesapeake is searching for an extremely energetic person to join the Front Desk Team!
Our hotel boasts 118 well maintained guestrooms and we are searching for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to help us keep our guests 100% Happy! We are well known for our top-notch guest services and sparkling clean rooms.
Front Desk Supervisor Job Duties Include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
-Taking care of any and all guest issues in a prompt and positive manner.
-Creatively resolving issues to best fit the needs of the guest!
-Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
-Making sure guests are WOWED with GREAT Service.
-Creating and changing guest reservations.
-Ensuring all special guest requests are fulfilled.
-Completing a Daily Checklist of Front Desk Tasks.
- Training new team members.
- Any and all other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
