Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Process payments using the POS system efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations to facilitate effective communication with culinary staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
