Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including; staff management, scheduling, discipline and coaching; food prep, safety, quality, taste and presentation; and kitchen function and maintenance. - Develop and standardize recipes
- Design food presentation aesthetics
- Plan and direct food prep and culinary activities
- Review food and beverage purchases
- Effectively delegate work to ensure an efficient kitchen
- Maintain kitchen—arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff and remain mindful of payroll budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
