Job Description:
- Drive commercial lines production and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies based on industry trends and underwriting results
- Establish sound underwriting guidelines and pricing programs
- Monitor performance of Commercial Lines staff
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting and prior supervisory/management experience. Technical knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages, risk selection methods, and pricing is essential.
