Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staff management, conduct training sessions, and manage employee performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for team building, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Conduct tip, cash, inventory and timesheet audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Job responsibilities and duties are subject to change due to the dyanmic nature of the business.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail or dispensary leadership role preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
