The Happy Hour Hostess has an opening for an Administrative Executive for their premier event planning company. We have a tight team and would love to have you join!
This position is full-time, providing high-level clerical support to the company. Job duties include scheduling meetings, drafting minutes, preparing proposals, acting as the front person on email communication with future and current clients, emailing vendors updated information, arranging travel and accommodations, and scheduling staff.
Qualifications include excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and proficiency in computer software platforms. Minimum 2 years of proven administrative experience.
This is not a creative event position but an exceptionally detail-oriented, office position to keep things running M-F 9-5 while staff attend offsite meetings and events.
