We are looking to hire a Pastry chef for our property as a whole. We are a small 11 room Inn and 20 seat restaurant.
Work with Executive Chef Matthew Kammerer to over see the production of the doughs and sweets aspect of the property. Encorporating our ethos of local and sustainable in your program.
Support the ever changing menu for the 2 Michelin star restaurant.
Over see production for hotel baked goods and sweets.
