The Harding Firm has a great career opportunity. The Firm is in need of a Legal Administrative Assistant. This position plays an intricate role in the day-to-day operations of The Harding Firm and focuses on office organization and communicating with clients, potential clients, the courts, and other law offices. We need someone with a positive attitude and great communication skills! The right candidate will be an organized and detail oriented individual, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute their workload under pressure.

The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, an independent worker and someone who takes ownership of their assignments and duties. He/she must be an effective communicator. Problem-solving skills are a must. The Legal Administrative Assistant must be a critical thinker and be able to provide viable solutions.
While it is not necessary, the perfect candidate will have the following:
· Experience working in an administrative position during or after 2013;
· Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel;
· Experience with managing client billing and receiving payments.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will work 8 am until 4 pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Daily duties and responsibilities:
· Interact with customers daily ensuring their experience and services are satisfactory;
· Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and prior to reaching upper management;
· Answer the phones quickly and professionally with minimal transfers to voicemail;
· Respond to emails promptly and in a competent manner;
· Greet all guests for in person appointments;
· Set up and maintain client files by ensuring electronic files and become an expert at MyCase software;
· Schedule appointments;
· Update and maintain The Harding Firm’s case status list;
· Billing;
· Draft disengagement letters and form pleadings; and
· maintain client timesheets client timesheets.

$18-20 an hour, DOE
