Description

General Purpose of Position :

Working with the sales personnel as part of a team, the Courtesy Clerk is responsible for assisting customers and general store maintenance and appearance. Responsibilities include customer service and duties as assigned by the store manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Load merchandise into customer's vehicles.
Stock shelves when merchandise arrives.
Return misplaced items to proper location.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot.
Sweep floors.
Clean bathrooms.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding location of merchandise and pricing.
Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Requirements :

Available to work a part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Ability to lift 80 pounds.

Skills and Abilities :

Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to customers and associates.

Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform job duties.

Ability to multitask.

Friendly, positive attitude.

Salary Description

15.74 / hour
