What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager position at The Harman Media & Marketing Group?
We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our clients' businesses by building a social media presence for their brands. The social media manager will be required to drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You will also respond to comments across all platforms.
This position is 15-20 hours per week, contract 1099
Experience
- Develop a marketing strategy for social media for clients
- Develop content to increase community engagement online
- Create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels
- Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis
- Respond to customer queries through social networks
- Work together with the rest of the agency to create compelling content for publication or campaigns
- Designing, Editing, and transforming images and video content for use across social media accounts
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coaching clients' employees on content creation best practices.
- Performing research on hashtag performance to increase awareness and traffic for related social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithms, and platform updates, and incorporate new features and trends into our social media strategy.
