What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at The Harper Company?
We are a heavy highway contractor looking for general labor help on a project in Louisville, TN. The job will demand long hours and some weekends. This work is seasonal , therefore no work is expected to take place during winter months.
Starting pay will be between $20 - $25/hour, depending on experience.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. Applicants must also be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
No experience is required, however applicants must be willing to learn certain skills required for the position.
