About the Role:
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through their automotive journey. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, ensuring top-tier customer service, and driving company growth.
Your Day-to-Day:
Answer inbound calls & emails professionally
Identify customer needs & provide tailored solutions
Schedule service & sales appointments (15 follow-ups per hour)
Respond to internet leads
Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Highly Preferred!
Customer service experience & a passion for helping people
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm, positive & professional under pressure
CRM Experience (preferred, But Not Required)
Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed
