Client Engagement : Provide friendly and efficient service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
Policy Support : Assist clients with their insurance inquiries, guiding them through the details of their policies.
Problem Resolution : Actively address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring effective solutions are provided.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for clarity and follow-up.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
Feedback Collection : Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
Client Assistance : Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Policy Support : Guide clients regarding their insurance policies, helping them understand their coverage options and benefits.
Problem Resolution : Effectively handle and resolve client complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication : Maintain open and friendly communication with clients both in-person and over the phone.
Documentation : Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in accordance with agency policies.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem-Solving : Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Team Collaboration : Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
Local Presence : Must reside in or around Boulder, Colorado, as this position is in-office.
Currently licensed for Property and Casualty insurance in Colorado is preferred. If there is not a current license then licensing will need to be completed upon hiring and work cannot begin until it is done.
