Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings, is a plus.
Valid food handler’s permit and alcohol service certification is a plus.
