Under the supervision of the Department Director, the ICF-IID Program Manager provides administrative and program supervision over ICF-IID programs. The program manager is responsible for coordinating the services for ICF-IID programs and ensuring program certification status. This position evaluates performance and makes recommendations regarding hiring and discharging of staff. The program manager is responsible for reviewing and maintaining documentation in accordance with state agency guidelines, organizing data and tracking submission of unit documentation. This position provides supervision to site supervisors of residential units and works as a member of a multidisciplinary care team to provide assistance to consumers.

Your Role In Action
- Complies with ICF-IID standards/ requirements to monitor service delivery for consumers.
- Maintains ICF-IID certification status.
- Provides supervision to site supervisors and facilitates optimal outcomes of performance.
- Responsible for carrying out program goals and objectives.
- Monitors services provided by staff.
- Coordinates special projects for programs.
- Advocates for consumers, ensure linkage/referrals are made. Monitors response to services and follow up on all services, including crisis intervention,
- Actively participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team, coordinating and facilitating implementation plans for day habilitation services.
- Communicates progress and information on consumers to treatment team.
- Serves as an information conduit between administration and staff.
- Performs duties in a manner consistent with the agency’s commitment to respect multicultural differences.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, required.
- 3 years of related experience, to include supervisory experience, required.
- Must possess valid driver’s license & be insurable under Agency policy.
- Must have communication and problem solving skills.
- Must be proficient in computer software programs.
