Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record in M&A transactions. As a Healthcare M&A Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's senior professionals in executing transactions, conducting industry research, and providing strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Transaction Execution : Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.
Industry Research : Conduct comprehensive research on healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support transaction processes and client presentations.
Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on industry expertise and transaction experience.
Financial Analysis : Analyze financial statements, perform financial forecasting, and evaluate potential investment opportunities to support deal structuring and negotiations.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and delivery of high-quality client service.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
