Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution :
Lead all aspects of M&A deal processes, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications
