Position Summary
The senior manager of business intelligence will lead the Foundation’s data strategy, focusing on designing and implementing analytics, reporting, and data architecture to support data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with the Program, Communications, and other teams across the organization to develop metrics and analytics that assess the effectiveness and impact of the Foundation’s strategies. By driving innovation in data management, reporting, and automation, this position will support the Foundation’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes, ensuring high-quality data and accessible insights through a robust data governance framework.

Benefits and Salary Range
In compliance with Maryland's wage transparency requirements, the compensation for this position includes a base pay range of $160,000 - $175,000 per year. Additionally, the benefits package includes generous vacation, sick, personal, and mental health leave, paid holidays, a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer contributions, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options. This position also offers a hybrid work environment with a flexible work model allowing employees to work a blended schedule at remote and in-office locations.
