The Client Service Executive (CSE) is responsible for supporting profitable growth and retention of accounts. Additionally, the CSE will understand an account's needs while developing and delivering an end-to-end service offering that differentiates The Hartford in the marketplace. We look to the CSE to support the Hartford's service platform through impactful customer interactions which display strong collaboration, industry acumen, and consistent messaging that delivers effective solutions to our largest customers
Responsibilities :
30% - As the integral member of the service team, supports the service mission and delivering customer presentations that demonstrate professional diplomacy, articulated messaging and confidence that drives positive outcomes for our customers. Negotiates and coordinates claim account services between the claim organization, the account and the agent / broker while executing loss cost containment initiatives through detailed analysis of claim results. Resolves claim issues promptly via engagement with various internal service providers.
30% - Negotiates and coordinates end to end account services between the claim organization, underwriting, the account and the agent / broker while executing loss cost containment initiatives through detailed analysis of performance results.
35% - Resolves service issues promptly via engagement with various internal service providers.
5% - Provides training to local agents and business partners on new claim products and services.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Prior sales and leadership experience required
- Must reside within assigned geographic region, as face to face interactions
are required
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is :
