- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash artistry
Qualifications
- Certification in Eyelash Extensions
- Knowledge of nail care, cosmetology, or hair threading is a plus
- Experience with MINDBODY software preferred
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff members
- Familiarity with color theory for matching lashes to natural tones
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
