The Role …
We’re seeking a passionate and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Analyst to join our Customer Insights team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support forward-thinking BI solutions that shape smarter business decisions and drive operational success across the organization.
You’ll be at the forefront of leveraging the Nuqleous BI platform to unlock meaningful trends and patterns, partnering with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Planning. Your insights will directly influence strategy, helping Hartz stay agile, efficient, and customer-focused.
This position is located at our Bentonville, AR office, and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.

Your Responsibilities …
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions using the Nuqleous BI system.
- Develop, deploy and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the Nuqleous BI platform and other data sources.
- Optimize data models and ensure the reliability and performance of BI systems by verifying accuracy of data within the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay abreast of BI industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
You’ll Need …
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant BI Developer experience manipulating and managing large amounts of data specifically for a Walmart Account within CPG industry, or; Associate’s Degree in Business or Business Technology with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience for a Walmart Account
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs and advanced level skillset in Excel
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability: Proactive mindset with a keen ability to anticipate internal needs, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative
- Business Travel: Willingness and ability to travel (Domestic & International- 20%)
Nice to Have …
- Proficiency in the Nuqleous BI system (or similar analytical packages such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
- Prior experience with transitioning legacy data to BI systems
