SUMMARY
The position of the Bank Teller is responsible for handling routine bank transactions and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer service and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Receives retail, commercial checking and savings deposits by determining that all necessary deposit documents are in proper form, and issuing receipts.
- Cashes checks, savings withdrawals cash advances; c
- Operates computer terminal to process account activity, and determine account balances.
- Cross-sells the Bank’s other products and services, referring customers to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Accepts and processes all types of loan payments.
- Balances cash drawer daily.
- Provides excellent customer service
- Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports the Bank’s goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
