Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation of our Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) on all assigned projects.
This role will involve ensuring compliance with design documents and standards, conducting quality risk assessments, and developing mitigation plans.
You will also be responsible for participating in design phase activities, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that geotechnical, concrete, and envelope reviews are held on all assigned projects.
During the construction phase, you will conduct construction quality kick-off meetings, select and evaluate independent testing laboratories, and finalize quality risks with well-developed mitigation plans.
In the closeout phase, you will ensure that Haskell completion conferences and subcontractor completion conferences are conducted and documented, monitor AE punch lists, and perform final QA punch lists.
