Responsibilities:
- The Repair Crew Foreman primary function is to provide oversight of field operations and field employees
- Plan and organize key field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements
- Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area
- Monitor and review time sheets and daily reports
- Coordinate with the General Superintendent company and/or rental equipment for efficient utilization
- Represent the company at project related meetings as requested
- Ensure crew is able to operate at normal efficiency level
- 3 years of asphalt experience repairs
- Driver’s license, MA DOT physical card, OSHA10, hoisting license
- 2 years with infrared repairs
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in an efficient and effective manner
- Self-starter
- Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within timeframe
- Dedicated and hard working
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Always able to maintain a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers and the public
- Foreman experience preferred
