We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our team at The Haven at Regency Pointe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being, with a focus on those in assisted living and memory care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as needed.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Engage residents in activities and social events to promote their well-being.
- Provide specialized care and support for residents with memory impairments.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, and report any changes to the care team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, especially in memory care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
