We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the facility and its services.
- Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests related to dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide support for special events or activities within the resort as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong skills in guest services with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and local dining options is beneficial.
- A background in resort or hotel settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
