Saturdays
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
This is very active position. This is NOT just a desk job. This position will be responsible for customer service, front desk duties, answering calls, cleaning and sanitizing rooms, equipment between client appointments.
HIRING: 1-2 Applicants will work average 15-20 hours per week.
Shifts are: 8:15 am - 6:30 pm Tuesday through Friday, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm Saturdays

JOB SUMMARY:
Our Spa Associates play an important role in support of a number of Restore Wellness Spa services. At Restore Wellness Spa you will be responsible to build an experience that is memorable and unique for our clients. As a Spa Associate, your goal is to make sure that our clients enjoy their experience. Spa Associates are responsible for scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, providing answers about Restore Wellness Spa services, checking clients in, processing payments, cleaning and sanitizing rooms between clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires ability to bend, lift, and reach.
Cleaning float pods, cocoons, turning rooms, etc.
Always follow protocol and process procedures.
Client booking & communications.
We use POS & prefer someone familiar.
Maintain office cleanliness & organization.
Accountability to work without constant direct supervision & handles constructive criticism maturely.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Required to attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Communicate to management with any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
Ensure that locker room and relaxation area are clean and stocked for flow of in-coming and out-going guests;
Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets;
Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate phone system accurately and efficiently.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests
Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Ensure and maintain adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
