As a key member of the Trust Administration group, this individual will provide exceptional support to the Vice President, Trust & Estate Administration and Trust Officer in managing their trust relationships and portfolios.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on providing five-star, value-added service to clients. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and able to quickly learn new technologies and investment management and trust administration software programs.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with business partners. They will also be dedicated to quality and excellence, with a focus on delivering superior results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Vice President, Trust & Estate Administration and Trust Officer in managing their trust relationships and portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, centers of influence, and other professionals as needed.
- Assist with miscellaneous daily administrative tasks, including reporting, bill pay, trust contributions, distributions, discretionary requests, and managing client files.
