Job Overview
The Haverford Trust Company is seeking a highly skilled Trust Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our trust administration group, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our Vice Presidents and Trust Officers in managing their trust relationships and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, advisors, and other professionals as needed to manage client relationships and portfolios.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including reporting, bill pay, trust contributions, distributions, and documentation management.
- Manage annual unitrust/power to adjust calculations and coordinate new account openings and terminations.
- Provide overall team support to Directors, Senior Trust Officers, and other team members in the management of trust and estate relationships.
